📋 Description

• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria • Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions and provide clear follow-up steps • Analyze business processes, data flows, and system interactions • Negotiate and recommend solutions balancing technical feasibility, delivery timelines, and business needs • Develop Decision Analysis and Resolutions (DAR) documentation for customer review and approval • Understand operational processes and procedures and initiate process improvements • Work with Data Scientists to make AI recommendations for process improvements • Support documentation edits, updates, and reporting for senior leadership meetings • Lead an Agile team using the Scrum development framework • Bridge technical and non-technical project staff and represent the voice of the business • Collaborate with AI Engineers, Governance and Security leaders, Data Scientists, developers, solution architects, end users, and federal agency stakeholders • Document and execute a roadmap to scale a governed and secure AI platform

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field OR equivalent years of work experience • 2+ years of experience as a software business analyst, preferably with AI tools and concepts • 2+ years of recent experience as a business analyst and cross-functional team member in an Agile development environment • Experience leading requirements management • Experience with requirements elicitation and documentation • Experience defining user stories • Experience determining acceptance criteria • 2+ years of experience with Jira or similar Agile project-tracking software • Comprehensive understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), Requirements Management, and Scope Management methodologies • Excellent analytical, organizational, and product management skills • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust • Working knowledge of AI technologies and implementations preferred • Documented cloud modernization experience on AWS or Azure preferred • Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred • Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe preferred • Experience leading scrum teams and unblocking development teams preferred • Experience managing and aligning requirements across multiple teams and stakeholders preferred • Experience working with a Product Owner to groom and prioritize a backlog preferred • Jira, Confluence, Mural, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, approved LLMs, and Databricks
