📋 Description

• Support implementation of ICF’s utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs, focusing on commercial building systems and energy-efficient technologies • Help ensure evaluation, implementation, and verification of utility-sponsored energy efficiency projects • Develop and share best practices across the team and organization • Collaborate with IT, Reporting, Marketing, and Customer Care teams • Conduct analyses to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement • Assist with processing incoming project applications • Review project application forms and submittals for compliance with program policies and procedures • Assign project applications for further processing and review • Assist with customer and contractor inquiries • Coordinate quality control follow-up on project inspections and customer surveys

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or associate degree with a minimum of 2 years of work experience • Application review and compliance tracking • Team collaboration and stakeholder communication • Data analysis and reporting • Process documentation and improvement • Strong time management and organizational skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Analytical thinking and problem-solving • Effective written and verbal communication • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Knowledge of the utility market, including energy efficiency, demand response, and distributed energy resource programs and markets • Experience with Power BI or a similar data visualization tool • Experience with SharePoint Lists and Power Automate • Must be authorized to work in the United States • This position is not eligible for new H-1B visa sponsorship by ICF
