📋 Description

• Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, customization, and best practices • Lead ServiceNow solution design and architecture aligned with client requirements • Identify and solve potential solution challenges • Support implementation and provide technical oversight • Ensure delivery follows ICF and ServiceNow standards and processes • Oversee ServiceNow integrations with other systems and applications • Ensure data consistency and integrity across platforms • Analyze and optimize performance and address bottlenecks • Design quality assurance plans and ensure technical deliverables meet standards • Work with project managers to maintain project scope and timelines • Communicate project status to practice leadership and clients • Support deployment registrations to maintain ServiceNow partner status • Design security plans and ensure compliance with security requirements • Create architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guidelines • Contribute to the knowledge base and lead knowledge-sharing sessions • Stay current with ServiceNow, integrated technologies, tools, and industry trends • Build and maintain client relationships • Mentor and coach ServiceNow professionals and tailor growth plans • Foster relationships among ICF, ServiceNow, and clients • Facilitate collaboration and issue resolution • Develop client roadmaps and identify opportunities for ICF services and ServiceNow license sales • Present proposed solutions to potential clients • Collaborate with proposal teams on technical proposals and oral presentations

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions • Experience implementing at least two of: HRSD, ITSM, Discovery, Service Mapping, or Software/Hardware Asset Management • Must hold an active Top Secret Clearance • Must reside in the U.S. • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. • All work must be performed in the U.S. • Preference for ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Master Architect, or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification • Experience with Integration Hub, REST API, and custom integration scripting • Extensive ServiceNow platform and third-party technology experience • Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other relevant languages • Experience designing and leading complex solutions and integrations • Expertise in system architecture and design principles • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities • Communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • In-depth understanding of ServiceNow best practices and industry trends • Conflict resolution skills
