📋 Description

• Lead technical delivery on aviation finance, aircraft leasing, maintenance, valuation support, appraisal and technical due diligence engagements • Set technical and analytical approaches, challenge assumptions and ensure accurate, commercially robust, client-ready outputs • Lead or directly undertake complex assignments requiring senior technical judgement • Direct and quality-assure lease reviews, maintenance cash-flow analysis, aircraft, engine and inventory valuations, fleet analysis, technical records, lease returns and transaction support • Oversee assignments from scope and project setup through planning, client communications, technical review, documentation, budget and delivery risk management • Guide analysts and multi-location delivery teams, resolve technical questions and strengthen team capability • Advise clients on aircraft leasing, maintenance reserves, return conditions, MRO, asset management and aircraft lifecycle matters • Develop and maintain methodologies, tools, templates and quality standards for aircraft finance and technical advisory work • Develop team capability through coaching, technical review, training and delegation • Contribute technical expertise to proposals, client development and industry activity

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in aircraft leasing, lease management, aviation finance, aviation technical advisory, MRO, maintenance planning, asset management, appraisal support or related aviation field • 5+ years of experience in aircraft leases, maintenance reserves, return conditions, technical records, fleet maintenance obligations and aircraft lifecycle considerations • 5+ years of experience leading and quality-assuring complex analysis involving aircraft and engine assets, leases, maintenance cash flows, valuations or technical due diligence • Valid U.S. driver's license • Able to pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check • Willing and able to travel by air and vehicle as needed • Typically 12+ years of relevant experience in aircraft leasing, aircraft appraisal, asset management, technical advisory, or airline fleet and lease management • Experience with aircraft lessors, lenders, investors, airlines, MROs, OEMs or technical service providers • Experience with aircraft appraisals, portfolio valuations, maintenance cash-flow forecasting, lease return and redelivery analysis, technical due diligence, asset-backed financing or aircraft transaction support • Experience reviewing lease documents, technical records, maintenance status reports and inspection outputs • ISTAT Appraiser or ISTAT Candidate status advantageous • Professional experience in aircraft engineering, CAMO, maintenance planning, technical records or aircraft asset management valuable • Experience developing technical methodologies, training materials, quality-control processes or analytical tools • Ability to supervise junior team members and multi-location delivery teams • Credibility and confidence advising senior clients on complex technical and commercial aviation matters • Understanding of lessor, airline, lender, investor and MRO provider requirements • Excellent judgement and attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate across disciplines, locations and cultures
