📋 Description

• Develop and execute adoption strategies for new systems, processes, and technologies • Develop communication plans, messaging, talking points, stakeholder updates, FAQs, newsletters, presentations, and related materials • Develop training plans, schedules, learning objectives, facilitator guides, quick reference guides, job aids, and supporting materials • Facilitate or support live training sessions, demos, workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and user enablement activities • Plan, schedule, facilitate, and manage office hours to answer questions, capture feedback, identify adoption barriers, and support continued learning after go-live • Conduct stakeholder analysis, identify impacted groups, map stakeholder needs, and tailor engagement strategies • Conduct change impact assessments, readiness assessments, adoption surveys, feedback sessions, and qualitative or quantitative analysis • Develop resistance-management strategies and address user concerns • Build trusted-advisor relationships with clients and deliver high-quality work products • Partner with project managers, product owners, business analysts, trainers, communications specialists, technical teams, vendors, and government stakeholders • Document change-management processes, decisions, actions, feedback, lessons learned, and knowledge-transfer materials • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and create meaningful information for stakeholders, leadership, and delivery teams • Convert analysis into recommendations, action plans, next steps, and value propositions • Create polished, executive-ready work products • Balance competing priorities, manage changing requirements, and focus on client needs and desired outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in change management consulting, organizational change management, adoption, strategic communications, training, or related consulting support • 3+ years of experience implementing change management practices, frameworks, or structured change approaches • 3+ years of experience editing documents across multiple formats and creating polished executive-ready materials • 3+ years of experience implementing strategies supporting adoption, communications, training, or stakeholder engagement • 1+ years of experience working on large modernization initiatives in an Agile environment is highly preferred • Experience developing adoption strategies, communications plans, training plans, stakeholder engagement plans, or readiness materials • Experience facilitating training sessions, demos, workshops, user support sessions, or office hours • Experience conducting impact analyses, readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, feedback analysis, or resistance management activities • Ability to present structured solutions using change management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step model, or La Marsh • US Citizenship is required • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance • Must reside and perform work in the United States • Preferred consulting skills including client relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, goal setting, task management, time management, and public speaking • Experience creating polished deliverables in PowerPoint, Word, email communications, job aids, quick reference guides, and stakeholder briefings • Experience supporting adoption for technology modernization, digital transformation, workflow improvement, ServiceNow, enterprise platforms, or large business transformation initiatives • Experience working in a multi-vendor environment and coordinating change activities across teams and stakeholder groups • Change management certification such as CCMP, Change Management Practitioner, Prosci certification, CMP, or similar credential is preferred • Previous U.S. government contracting work experience is preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong consulting, collaboration, facilitation, problem-solving, organization, and task management skills
