📋 Description

• Translate business growth priorities in business development, consulting, and critical in-the-moment learning into targeted learning and enablement solutions • Partner with the Director, Learning Strategy and business subject matter experts to align learning investments with business strategy and outcomes • Define growth enablement skills, proficiency levels, standards, and expectations across roles and levels • Maintain an enterprise skills framework covering governance, taxonomy, proficiency levels, and role-based mappings • Partner across People Skills, Workday Skills, Viva Learning, and workforce insight and learning agents • Identify skill gaps and use data to prioritize learning and development efforts and investments • Own end-to-end design and development of consulting, business development, and emerging growth enablement learning experiences • Create practical, applied learning embedded in the flow of work and tied to business scenarios • Incorporate AI-enabled tools, guided prompt practice, personalized pathways, and adaptive learning • Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops, skill labs, and cohort-based programs • Enable leaders and managers to reinforce learning through communities of practice, coaching circles, and mentoring • Build co-facilitator capabilities for scalable delivery • Define and track engagement, completion, skill acquisition, proficiency shifts, on-the-job application, and business impact • Use data and insights to continuously improve learning solutions • Connect growth enablement with workforce readiness, enterprise skills, AI fluency, and broader HR initiatives • Coordinate across leadership, employee experience, HR consulting, HR operations, talent acquisition, and total rewards • Integrate growth enablement into learning platforms, skills systems, and AI learning agents

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Education, Adult Learning / Adult Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Psychology, Workforce Development, Business Administration, Management Consulting, Organizational Leadership, or Sales Management • Minimum 8 years of experience in learning and development, talent development, sales/business development enablement, organizational effectiveness, or professional services consulting • Experience designing and delivering sales, business development, capture, proposal, consulting, or client-facing capability programs • Knowledge of professional services business development, seller-doer models, account growth, capture, proposal development, and client relationship management • Experience partnering with business development leaders, account leaders, and subject matter experts • Ability to translate revenue, pipeline, and growth objectives into targeted learning and performance solutions • Experience facilitating workshops, skill labs, boot camps, coaching programs, and leadership sessions • Experience designing experiential learning, simulations, practice opportunities, and on-the-job reinforcement strategies • Demonstrated success leading enterprise learning, skills, or capability-building initiatives • Experience managing complex programs, stakeholder collaboration, subject matter expert engagement, and cross-functional partnerships • Ability to operate strategically while owning hands-on design and delivery • Experience with modern learning platforms such as Viva Learning and AI-enabled learning tools • Experience building and delivering enterprise-scale learning programs or academies • Application must be submitted directly by the applicant • Must comply with ICF's policy prohibiting AI tools during interviews, unless used as an approved accommodation
