📋 Description

• Educate employees and customers on the features and functionality of the Charlie product • Act as a change agent during customer implementation to facilitate strong product adoption • Design, create, and maintain product training plans tailored to customer roles • Translate product features and functionality into accurate, engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, videos, webinars, and in-person training • Develop internal training to support onboarding • Apply adult learning best practices and new learning techniques • Use AI tools and technologies to accelerate content creation and improve the learner experience • Work with the implementation team to understand implementation plans and training requirements • Recommend personalized training needs • Develop and manage customer training plans and coordinate training schedules • Lead group classes, one-on-one coaching sessions, webinars, and internal training • Evaluate learning through surveys, quizzes, and performance metrics, refining content as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with technical product training • Understanding of the loan origination process • At least 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry • Ability to break down complex concepts into simple, clear instructions • Experience working independently and in collaborative, team-oriented environments • Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Strong time management skills • Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with individuals at all levels internally and with customers • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
