📋 Description

• Work proactively as a member of ICON's Epidemiology Team • Take responsibility for project deliverables, client relationships, and proposal-writing • Design studies and develop protocols, statistical analysis plans, and clinical study reports • Collaborate with customers, clinical experts, statisticians, epidemiologists, and health economists • Support observational studies such as chart reviews and studies using secondary data • Design or collaborate on questionnaires, case report forms, consent forms, and other data collection tools • Prepare or collaborate on final reports, publications, manuscripts, abstracts, and conference presentation materials • Contribute to client engagement activities • Establish and maintain client relationships • Contribute to building business links within Insights, Evidence & Value and with ICON Clinical Research • Assist in proposal writing and client liaison • Promote an open and honest working environment and foster knowledge transfer • Provide mentoring for other team members • Contribute to process improvement and streamlined processes

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree or MPH required • Excellent organizational skills, including written and verbal communication • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task efficiently • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills • 5+ years of experience in applied epidemiology, preferably in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting • Strong desire to learn and gain a deep understanding of the department's work • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Flexibility and willingness to respond to departmental needs • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
