📋 Description

• Coordinate clinical laboratory operations delivery • Resolve operational issues • Develop team capability • Manage the daily activities of the project management team under the direction of the Director, Project Management • Act as the client’s primary escalation point for matters regarding ICON Central Laboratories’ services • Oversee, manage, mentor, and coach direct reports • Promote and adhere to ICON’s values • Create a culture of process improvement focused on streamlining processes, adding business value, and meeting client needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as life sciences or healthcare • Previous project management experience within a laboratory or clinical research setting • Solid clinical laboratory operations experience • Ability to manage competing priorities • Strong leadership skills • Ability to mentor and coach team members effectively • Excellent communication and interactional skills • Ability to act as a primary escalation point for clients • Willingness to travel as required, approximately 20% • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
