📋 Description

• Plan and execute projects by defining scope, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, priorities, risks, mitigation strategies, and resource allocation • Coordinate cross-functional technical, account, and partner teams • Drive collaboration, coach team members, and facilitate governance and cadence meetings • Track milestones, adapt plans, ensure SLA adherence, manage budgets and performance metrics, and resolve issues • Serve as the primary delivery contact for customers and internal stakeholders • Translate complex project information into clear updates and provide decision-making guidance • Build customer relationships through proactive engagement and responsiveness • Embed with customer teams when needed and represent Kyndryl with credibility and integrity

🎯 Requirements

• SCRUM or Project Management skills • Basic IT knowledge (Architectural) • Organization and planning skills • Teamwork with a “one team” philosophy • MS Project or other Project Management software experience preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred • Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels preferred
