📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Submarine implementation projects from scoping through go-live and post-implementation review • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource schedules • Manage project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when appropriate • Coordinate technical discovery, infrastructure setup, testing, and client training workstreams • Ensure implementation milestones meet timelines and client expectations • Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement • Serve as the primary client contact throughout implementation • Build relationships with client sponsors, technical leads, and market data teams • Facilitate project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders • Manage client expectations and support internal approval processes • Coordinate with Solutions Engineering, Development, Managed Services, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams • Refine Submarine implementation methodology and documentation • Maintain project status reporting and track delivery, satisfaction, and issue-resolution metrics • Contribute to governance processes and ensure implementations meet quality and security standards

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or financial services • Proven track record delivering complex technical implementations on time and within scope • Strong client-facing relationship management skills at technical and executive levels • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage concurrent projects and competing priorities • Clear, confident written and verbal communication and senior-stakeholder presentation experience • Familiarity with Bloomberg Data License, reference data, or market data infrastructure is highly advantageous • Experience with on-premise or hybrid deployment models is a plus • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or equivalent • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is desirable • Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced environment • Candidates should reside in the Northeastern U.S. • Ability to work EST/CST working hours
