📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of patient recruitment strategies to ensure timely enrollment in clinical trials • Collaborate with clinical operations, marketing, and external vendors to implement effective recruitment campaigns • Analyze recruitment data and trends to identify challenges, optimize strategies, and improve patient enrollment outcomes • Engage with patient advocacy groups and community organizations to build partnerships that enhance recruitment efforts • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines while maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction • Manage day-to-day talent acquisition and recruitment activities • Support the team to deliver quality outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field • Proven experience in patient recruitment for clinical trials, with a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong partnerships • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess recruitment data and optimize strategies to meet enrollment targets • Commitment to ensuring ethical and compliant recruitment practices while fostering a positive experience for patients • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
