📋 Description

• Manage fleet vendors and day-to-day fleet operations • Support vehicle lifecycle management, maintenance, utilization, and driver experience • Maintain fleet reporting, scorecards, policies, and communications • Coordinate sample escalations and ad hoc sample orders • Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics • Support audit requests, documentation, and operational issue resolution • Serve as a primary operational contact for field personnel on fleet-related matters • Provide timely support for fleet inquiries, issue resolution, and operational requests • Recommend process improvements based on operational trends and stakeholder feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 3+ years of fleet management, vendor management, or operational experience • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
