📋 Description

• Foster relationships with clinical trial sites, enhancing site engagement, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies. • Contribute to clinical research activities, taking responsibility for deliverables and working collaboratively. • Build and maintain strong relationships with principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff. • Provide support and guidance to site staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance through regular communication and feedback mechanisms. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies tailored to each study and site. • Monitor site performance metrics and provide regular updates to study teams on site engagement activities and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field. • Previous experience in clinical research, site management, or a related field preferred. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials. • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 60%). • Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
