📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and key decision makers • Increase profitability and expand existing accounts by selling ICU Medical products and developing new accounts • Meet territory sales quotas and manage the CRM pipeline for ICU Medical products and services • Present technical knowledge of ICU Medical products and relevant FDA, CDC, SHEA, INS, ONS, and ASHP guidelines to hospital clinicians • Position ICU Medical offerings against competing products as a clinical expert and consultative problem solver • Learn the assigned territory, customer base, contracts, pumps, solutions, and distribution models • Conduct product demonstrations and customer meetings • Coordinate with sales teams and managers to align sales efforts with company and regional targets • Support field sales with customer communications regarding backorders, allocations, pricing, and contracts • Complete special projects and attend team, regional, and office-hours calls • Travel outside the territory monthly to support education, go-lives, implementations, and assessments

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required • Active and current compliance with all credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination • Willingness and preparedness to relocate for promotion opportunities • Self-motivated, energetic, professional, and able to work with minimal supervision • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong presentation skills • Strong organization skills and ability to multitask • Computer literacy and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook • Valid driver’s license • Compliance with the Authorized Driver Policy • Typically able to travel more than 50% of the time
