📋 Description

• Lead multiple high impact/complex, cross-functional projects • Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable, and measurable execution plans • Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, owners, risks, decision points, and success metrics • Partner with business leaders, functional leaders, site teams, and initiative owners • Build integrated project plans and establish governance routines • Track progress, escalate risks, and support practical trade-offs between competing priorities • Lead project planning and execution • Establish governance, cadence, and accountability • Surface and actively manage project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints • Support business prioritization and value creation • Manage risk, issues, dependencies, and change • Communicate complex project information in a simple, structured, and actionable way • Present project updates, raise risks, and recommend solutions to leaders • Contribute to and continuously improve PMO tools, templates, routines, and project management standards • Build repeatable PMO tools and practices • Reinforce disciplined operating routines, cadence, governance, decision forums, and escalation paths • Build working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups and influence progress without direct authority • Connect project work to 80/20 thinking, customer/product priorities, operational routines, and value-creation opportunities • Perform all other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, or related field • 7+ years of project management experience • Project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a complex, matrixed, or multi-site environment, preferably in Commercial Operations • Ability to build project plans, manage timelines, track milestones, identify risks, and drive accountability • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing executive-ready updates and facilitating decision-making conversations • Ability to influence without authority and drive results through collaboration • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in strategic planning discussions and detailed execution environments • Ability to support projects across multiple functions, businesses, and stakeholder groups • Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with evolving business needs • Strong business acumen covering operational, financial, organizational, and customer implications of project work • Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders • High comfort level operating in ambiguity and creating structure where none exists • Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft Office applications, and project reporting methods • May require travel to business sites, project launch meetings, milestone reviews, and leadership working sessions
