📋 Description

• Engage prospects directly through ride-alongs and learning their day-to-day operations • Represent customer workflows within Resolve so prospects can see their requirements reflected • Identify and communicate gaps between customer requirements and current Resolve capabilities to Product • Own delivery end to end from demo through production • Manage customer access, configuration, production setup, and successful go-live • Scope genuine edge cases as clear, well-articulated deltas for AI Engineering • Get customers 90–95% live independently • Hand off live customers to the account/adoption team for ongoing relationship management

🎯 Requirements

• Domain expertise in field service, owned asset maintenance (utilities, offshore, manufacturing floor), or facility management • Understanding of the difference between servicing someone else's assets and maintaining your own • Technical fluency with ERP integrations, including data fields, storage and usage implications, and functionality gaps • Ability to brief an AI engineer or configuration agent precisely without writing code • Comfort engaging prospects and building trust on-site, in plants, or in the field • Ability to own delivery for the weeks required to bring a customer live, then hand it off • Willingness to visit customers and understand their work on the floor, in plants, or out in the field
