📋 Description

• Lead substantial cross-functional projects end to end, from problem framing through analysis, decision and implementation • Advise on additional cross-functional projects • Diagnose how business processes operate through interviews, workshops and data analysis • Design future-state processes, structures, roles, governance and transition plans • Connect financial logic, business data and operational reality • Work with Data and Technology teams to validate business data • Define metrics, models and reporting for leadership decision-making • Scope and manage external consulting partners, including proposals, delivery, spend and knowledge transfer • Lead internal, cross-functional and third-party teams without formal authority • Shape AI use cases across planning, forecasting, close, procurement and workforce processes • Within the first six months, take a significant cross-functional problem through executive decision and produce an assessment of a core planning or allocation process

🎯 Requirements

• Six or more years in management consulting, corporate strategy, finance transformation or business operations, with substantial cross-functional exposure • Ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder work from diagnosis through implementation • Strong quantitative skills and financial literacy • Ability to build or take apart models, work with messy enterprise data, connect operational drivers to financial results, and assess what numbers support • Experience designing operating models, processes or organizational structures and implementing them • Experience working with or inside professional services • Executive communication skills • Nice to have: An MBA or comparable advanced degree, or an equivalent record of progression • Nice to have: Experience with planning, forecasting or resource allocation processes • Nice to have: Hands-on work on AI strategy or delivery • Nice to have: Working knowledge of SQL, Python or R, and modern business intelligence and planning tools • Nice to have: Enterprise software or another recurring-revenue business with a substantial services component • Nice to have: Post-acquisition integration or carve-out experience • Nice to have: Shared services or center of excellence design, or work in regulated and high-consequence environments
