📋 Description

• Develop sales and/or client relationship management strategy for complex regional advisors in the territory • Create, monitor, and revise lead generation plans for new revenue pipelines • Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and clients' business environments • Oversee key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, responsiveness, problem resolution, compliance, and risk mitigation • Consult with clients on T. Rowe Price products and services to generate account growth • Ensure compliance with sales policies and programs • Achieve substantial sales targets with territory partners and specialists • Sell products and services to intermediary clients and high-producing advisors • Develop territory business plans and drive new business development • Identify and qualify prospects, build trusted-advisor relationships, and influence adoption of solutions • Coordinate sales opportunities across T. Rowe Price business units • Develop messaging, tactics, and relationship-management strategies for target engagements • Retain direct management responsibility for key clients and travel frequently to clients in the territory • Analyze complex data, trends, plan changes, strategies, and key metrics to advise clients • Serve as a sales consultant and coordinate targeted delivery of products and services • Conduct quarterly business reviews with the manager and coordinate with team partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • 10+ years of total relevant work experience • FINRA Series 7 and 66 • Professional designation preferred • Strong consultative and presentation skills • Deep understanding of capital markets and competitive landscape • Knowledge of best practices, new regulatory requirements, industry trends, and competitor services/offerings • FINRA licenses are required and will be supported for this role
