📋 Description

• Build customer connections through IGS Energy’s sustainability journey • Educate customers on IGS products and services • Provide exceptional customer experiences through natural conversation • Generate customer sales and retention by educating customers on products and services • Navigate systems, procedures, and resources to resolve customer inquiries accurately and promptly • Meet or exceed performance metrics, customer satisfaction, sales goals, and service-level goals • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfactory resolution • Conduct proactive consultative analysis to identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Communicate current marketing programs and offerings clearly to support informed customer decisions • Achieve departmental customer experience and sales standards by following goals, policies, and procedures • Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish • 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing environment preferred • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Excellent customer experience and conversational skills • Ability to identify and overcome customer objections • Ability to multitask effectively and adhere to a weekly set schedule • Genuine desire to grow and learn, receptiveness to feedback, and ability to contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment • Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and Internet Explorer • Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis • Current or future sponsorship is not supported or available
