📋 Description

• Place outgoing and receive incoming calls or referrals to assist patients with Medicaid redetermination, eligibility, and applications • Attend Medicaid redetermination events in person when applicable • Help patients navigate Medicaid and available low-income resources • Serve as an internal resource for teams on Medicaid questions • Advocate for patients regarding resources to which they are entitled • Build patient trust to advise them on healthcare coverage • Communicate and coordinate across teams to meet patient needs • Provide exceptional customer service • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Bachelor's degree preferred • 2–5 years of experience • Sales background preferred, but not required • Prior Medicaid experience preferred, but not required • Familiarity with relevant patient population • Community health experience preferred • Proficient PC skills • Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities served, where necessary • Must be located in Illinois, United States
