📋 Description

• Source qualified candidates through strategic networking, targeted research, internet sourcing, cold outreach, and other proactive methods • Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews using behavioral-based interviewing techniques • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding support • Maintain accurate, up-to-date job postings and consistent employer-brand standards • Participate in career fairs and cultivate relationships with local organizations, universities, and community partners • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting throughout the recruitment process • Deliver a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding • Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs, role requirements, and market considerations • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and provide recruiting best-practice and labor-market insights

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a recruiting role • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and online candidate-sourcing tools • Flexibility and creativity in tailoring recruiting strategies to changing business needs • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Ability to communicate effectively, build trust, and establish credibility with candidates and internal stakeholders • Skilled in producing results in a high-volume, fast-changing environment • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general recruiting technology tools • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis • Current or future need for sponsorship is not supported or available
