📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruiting for executive and senior leadership positions across multiple business functions • Partner with Cherry's co-founders and C-suite to understand hiring priorities, organizational needs, and long-term talent strategy • Plan, initiate, and execute strategic sourcing initiatives • Identify and engage top-performing leaders through market mapping, Boolean searches, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies • Build and maintain relationships with exceptional passive talent • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments • Manage the executive interview process from initial outreach through offer acceptance • Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and recruiting data to leadership • Maintain candidate pipelines, sourcing activities, and recruitment metrics using the applicant tracking system and other tools • Collaborate with external executive search partners when needed • Share best practices, coach teammates, and improve recruiting effectiveness • Work on strategic projects that improve and streamline recruitment processes during off-hiring quarters • Execute initiatives beyond the job description as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience • Strong track record of hiring exceptional executive and senior leadership talent • Experience at a high-growth startup or executive search firm required • Expertise in LinkedIn Boolean searches, market mapping, networking, and creative sourcing techniques • Strong ability to build relationships, influence senior executives, and sell the company and opportunity • Experience working directly with founders and C-suite executives • Independent worker and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment • Ability to develop new approaches to sourcing and recruiting • Experience in a collaborative environment • Willingness to mentor others, share best practices, and take on responsibilities beyond the immediate role • Experience building proactive leadership pipelines • Experience using Gem or Ashby
