📋 Description

• Cover a teammate's maternity leave from Monday, January 4, 2027, through Friday, April 16, 2027 • Get up to speed quickly on open roles and build strong working relationships with hiring managers and the People team • Manage the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing and screening through interviews and offers • Run initial phone screens to understand candidates' experience, values, and career goals • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams • Find candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals • Maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates, including for niche or hard-to-fill roles • Extend and negotiate offers and help new hires have a smooth start • Track hiring progress and share regular updates with hiring managers and the Director of People & Culture • Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in Greenhouse

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally including time in a fast-paced startup or agency environment • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS • Experience recruiting for both technical roles (such as regulatory) and creative roles • Sourcing experience, including LinkedIn Recruiter and social recruiting • Solid understanding of employment laws related to recruiting and hiring • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (nice to have)
