📋 Description

• Support campaign execution and client relations teams • Assist Account Managers in sustaining and growing clients’ advertising efforts • Pull platform data and prepare reports for clients and internal teams • Prepare campaign analysis of paid initiatives across social publishers and programmatic DSP/SSP platforms including Beeswax, Groundtruth, and Amazon • Support client relations and serve as a day-to-day client contact • Create and execute operational processes focused on efficiency, safeguards, and continuous improvement • Beta test internal proprietary technology and provide recommendations and feedback • Participate in weekly training, daily team meetings, quarterly company-wide meetings, and more • Proactively manage and optimize campaigns to ensure client goals are met

🎯 Requirements

• Analytical, organized, and able to balance a variety of to-dos both long- and short-term • Basic math skills • Proficiency with Excel • Results-driven, with a focus on ROI • Comfortable speaking up in meetings and bringing up improvement ideas • Proactive problem-solving ability • Flexibility in a rapidly changing business • Awareness of digital advertising • Interest in the latest trends in social and digital advertising • Demonstrated interest in digital media in a personal or professional environment • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Docs • Demonstrated ability to learn and work with new technology • Ability to communicate with internal teams and external clients • Problem-solving mentality with high attention to detail • Proactive attitude and willingness to help where needed • Demonstrable analytical skills
