📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales support professionals to provide proof of performance materials for local sellers • Provide up-to-date pre- and post-logs to ensure advertising campaign success • Gather and trim airchecks of live campaign creative, ensuring copy accuracy • Pull reporting metrics from various platforms to ensure data accuracy for digital and broadcast campaign performance • Communicate with the Sales Team to clarify incomplete instructions or ambiguity and ensure accurate requests and outputs • Compile campaign data from various platforms into PowerPoint for client-facing campaign overviews and recaps

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Salesforce experience/proficiency preferred • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Collaborative mindset and passion for exceptional client service • Proactive and independent work ethic • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills • Tech savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly • Comfortable handling high volume • Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills • Previous experience or understanding of media sales beneficial • Strong attention to detail
