• Conduct stakeholder meetings to document business requirements, analysis, and capture functional and non-functional requirements. • Work closely with scrum team to refine business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements. • Create process diagrams (e.g., Visio) to represent workflows and system interactions. • Write clear, traceable, and testable requirements in user story format. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and product teams to understand and document reporting requirements. • Define reporting scope, objectives, data sources, and success criteria in alignment with project goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role. • Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Nuvolo application. • Strong knowledge of asset management and/or maintenance management systems. • Experience working with supply chain systems and processes. • Familiarity with Department of Veterans Affairs systems, processes, or projects. • Experience working within Agile SAFe environments. • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Experience with system integrations and data analysis.
