📋 Description

• Answer incoming emergency and customer service calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence. • Gather accurate information to ensure the right crews are dispatched quickly and efficiently. • Schedule emergency response and restoration services using our job management software. • Coordinate daily technician schedules and make real-time adjustments as priorities change. • Follow up with customers throughout the restoration process to provide updates and exceptional service. • Maintain detailed and accurate job documentation and data entry. • Handle general customer inquiries, past service requests, and routine office communications. • Collaborate remotely with our Operations, Business Development, and Production teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Assist with additional administrative and customer service responsibilities as needed.

• Calm and composed under pressure • Friendly, compassionate, and customer-focused • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail • Excellent communicator with outstanding phone etiquette • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn scheduling and dispatch software • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment • Reliable, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service • A collaborative team player who communicates effectively with remote and field teams • Previous dispatching, scheduling, customer service, call center, or administrative experience is preferred • Experience in Restoration, construction or plumbing a plus • Experience working remotely is a plus • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software platforms • High-speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace
