📋 Description

• Make cold calls, set appointments, and generate email outreach for the Illumina proteomics sales team • Qualify inbound leads • Engage target accounts via email, calls, and other tactics to promote Illumina proteomics products and services across the Americas region • Respond to inquiries and follow up on Marketing qualified leads • Support regional field sales representatives with qualified lead identification, related research, and lead transition • Set appointments and meetings for sales representatives in supported territories • Nurture leads and opportunities from interested prospects not ready to purchase • Plan and manage daily KPIs, including sales/support call activity • Participate in team meetings and live training/meetings when required • Achieve or exceed individual goals and collaborate with sales representatives to meet targets • Document all outreach information in Salesforce

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university • B2B virtual/inside sales experience strongly desired, preferably in healthcare/Pharmaceutical sales • MS Word and Excel expertise • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Must not require visa sponsorship • Successful completion of a background check may be required after a conditional offer • Must comply with Illumina’s prohibition on generative artificial intelligence (AI) in the application and interview process
