📋 Description

• Help customers manage their car and home insurance needs • Take great care of customers and identify coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies • Handle policyholder change requests • Learn the insurance product and match customers with suitable insurance companies • Navigate and explain Jerry's evolving app • Solve problems to remove barriers to appropriate coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide product feedback and help improve the product

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Genuinely friendly and positive attitude • Willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem solving skills • Strong communication skills • Full-time hourly employees must currently reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia • Valid P&C license queried during application; the posting states the company pays for the license if the applicant does not have one • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
