📋 Description

• Support the Account Manager and Account Executive on large and complex client accounts. • Prepare coverage comparisons, submissions, premium and rate comparisons, audits, and special requests. • Interact with clients regarding special program needs and new assignments. • Understand and deliver on unique client expectations within the book of business. • Temporarily back up the Account Manager as needed to maintain service knowledge. • Problem-solve and suggest proactive solutions to the Account Manager and Account Executive. • Perform loss analysis and loss-specific invoicing, trending, tracking, and reconciliation tasks. • Handle assigned special client needs, including allocation spreadsheets across coverage lines, entities, locations, or property ownership. • Use the AMS to maintain detailed account information, upload policies, and input schedules and driver lists. • Control industry-specific reporting, including well reporting and builder's risk. • Review certificates of insurance requests and provide direction on invoicing allocations, surplus lines, policy processing, master COIs, customized Auto ID cards, and billings. • Process endorsements and billing, review cancellation notices, analyze loss data within Experience Mods, perform deductible analysis, and participate in internal and other meetings. • Work independently and lead special project assignments. • Support special client projects as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Applicable experience required; specialty experience preferred. • Attention to detail and ability to work within AMS while maintaining data completeness standards. • Achieved general insurance designation. • Pursuing other insurance designation preferred. • Project and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and keep processes moving from start to finish. • Experience with Microsoft Office products required, specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel. • Limited travel required, less than 10%. • Strong insurance knowledge and/or client specialty knowledge. • Financial acumen. • Agility/flexibility. • Interpersonal skills. • Problem solving. • Communicating.
