📋 Description

• Investigate and analyze technical support items received from the support team • Monitor and manage the daily support queue, ensuring issues are triaged and addressed efficiently • Collaborate with the Implementations Team on client implementations and technical setup • Provide technical support for industry data standards, system modifications, and legacy code • Debug and perform minor code fixes • Maintain and monitor team-specific status alerts and system dashboards • Create development tickets as needed • Review and respond to daily technical errors • Identify recurring issues and recommend solutions • Oversee technical setup and configuration tasks • Support configuration and optimization of internal tools and product features • Serve as a subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders • Provide training and technical expertise as needed • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience • High level technical skills to perform SQL database queries • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Ability to develop and communicate technical plans and solutions across multiple teams or departments • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and tools • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality of work • Experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex technical issues • Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information • Ability to travel as required, up to 10%
