📋 Description

• Conduct outbound outreach to members, providers, and pharmacies to support medication adherence and quality improvement initiatives • Identify and address barriers impacting CMS Stars measures and member health outcomes • Collaborate with members, providers, pharmacies, and internal teams to improve medication access and resolve healthcare-related challenges • Educate members on medication adherence and participation in quality programs • Coordinate prescription refills and assist with issues delaying medication access • Manage daily outreach activities, productivity goals, and work queues while maintaining quality standards • Document interactions accurately and maintain confidentiality, regulatory, and organizational compliance • Use data and reporting to identify intervention opportunities and improve performance • Participate in process improvement initiatives enhancing member experience and quality outcomes • Prioritize workload and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment • Serve as a liaison among members, providers, pharmacies, and internal teams supporting CMS Stars initiatives including MTM, Medication Adherence, SUPD, and other quality programs

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside in Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, or Nevada • Candidates residing or planning to reside in California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Washington will not be considered • Demonstrated experience in a pharmacy or government benefits support role • Demonstrated ability to meet performance standards for a Pharmacy Government Specialist II • Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service • Demonstrated ability to listen and communicate effectively • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and work under pressure • Demonstrated proficiency in navigating computer systems, typing, and technologies • Demonstrated experience mentoring or training on pharmacy or government benefits • Current National Pharmacy Technician certification preferred • Comfortable spending significant time on the phone and conducting approximately 80% outbound outreach • Ability to build rapport quickly and utilize motivational interviewing techniques • Ability to see and read information, labels, documents, and monitors • Ability to verbally communicate and hear and understand spoken information quickly and accurately • Manual dexterity for frequent computer use and typing
