It operates 24/7 emergency call-taking and rapid-response interventions for home incidents (fires, water damage, electrical faults, locksmithing), offers remote damage expertise and cost estimation, and manages repair-in-kind through a national network of vetted contractors. IMH also runs digital platforms to support project estimation and paid home-service offerings, coordinates large-scale catastrophe responses, and connects insurers, beneficiaries and service providers via its accredited prestataire network.

📋 Description

• Drive continuous quality improvement by identifying service gaps and recommending workflow, process, training, and documentation enhancements • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement improvement plans • Coordinate with Quality and/or Accreditation Coordinators on training needs identified through audits and data analysis • Assist in developing regulatory training materials • Facilitate team education discussions and track issues and resolutions • Maintain documentation • Conduct system testing for updates and enhancements • Participate in quality and system enhancement committees • Monitor compliance through regular audits and reporting • Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory alignment • Support accreditation readiness by collecting data and analyzing performance trends • Develop and deliver training on workflow processes, regulatory compliance, and system functionality • Serve as a subject matter expert supporting issue resolution and deadline achievement • Stay current on policies, procedures, and plan design changes through ongoing training and collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated skills and experience in a customer service role requiring understanding of operations policies, procedures, and guidelines while meeting performance standards • Intermediate skill in spreadsheets and word processing • Ability to balance daily tasks, mentoring, and assigned projects • Basic knowledge of data analytic tools • Excellent written and oral interpersonal and communication skills preferred • Effective project and workload management skills with ability to multitask preferred • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in the healthcare field preferred • Ability to work eight hours a day, five days a week • Ability to attend NCO for business needs when requested • Ability to participate in Microsoft Teams video interviews and potential onsite interviews and meetings • Ability to meet physical requirements involving reading information, verbal communication, hearing, and manual dexterity
