📋 Description

• Manage negotiation, execution, and maintenance of SelectHealth vendor contracts • Coordinate the contract review process with staff, management, and the Legal Department • Ensure proper contract review, documentation, approval, and signature • Manage centralized contract filing, maintenance, and storage • Assist management and internal stakeholders in developing and amending standardized contracts • Implement legal standards for SelectHealth contracts • Draft, review, and negotiate non-standard contracts • Ensure compliance with government contracting standards for delegated Medicare, Medicaid, and FEHB functions • Apply HIPAA standards to SelectHealth vendor contracts • Train SelectHealth caregivers in contract creation, development, negotiation, approval, execution, maintenance, and standards • Coordinate contracting efforts with other Intermountain entities • Participate in required Microsoft Teams video interviews and potential onsite interviews and meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in an applicable major • Five years of experience working with and analyzing contracts • Intermediate experience with word processing and spreadsheet programs • Excellent writing, editing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Analytical skills • Knowledge of contract principles • Contract negotiation skills • Reading comprehension • Creative thinking • Project management skills • Complex problem-solving skills • Organization skills • Relationship management skills • Must be able to see and read information, documents, and monitors • Must be able to verbally communicate and hear and understand spoken information • Manual dexterity for frequent computer use and manipulating equipment • Candidates must not reside or plan to reside in California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, Vermont, or Washington
