📋 Description

• Analyze and communicate options to address clients’ business immigration needs • Maintain timely and accurate communication with clients during and after the application process • Provide support with immigration program management and compliance • Supervise and collaborate with supporting staff to ensure applications are prepared and filed correctly • Maintain accuracy for high-volume, rapid-turnover cases • Assist clients and staff with questions throughout the filing process • Prepare and file business-related non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions • Conduct high-level case reviews of work completed by legal support teams • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Valid membership in an applicable Bar association • 5+ years of business immigration experience • Strong knowledge of a variety of case types, covering NIV, including specific experience with simple and complex L visas and E-2 Treaty Investor visas, PERM, and other IV case types • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and writing skills • Strong organization skills • Experience managing multiple competing priorities independently • Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills • Resume, cover letter, and writing sample required
