📋 Description

• Champion end-to-end solution development • Collaborate across internal teams to gather solution details and pricing • Translate customer business needs into Celestica's capabilities • Communicate technical aspects, timelines, and deliverables effectively • Architect and deliver integrated product lifecycle solutions for clients • Assemble and lead expert teams to optimize global account solution strategies. • Establish trusted advisor status with customers • Engage directly with key client decision-makers in partnership with sales and GCU leadership. • Lead creation of customized solutions for Global Accounts customers. • Provide SME guidance on integrated solutions for Sales engagement teams. • Collaborate with financial analysts to understand financial implications of solutions. • Support the negotiation team by explaining alternatives. • Validate and qualify potential opportunities. • Develop unsolicited proactive proposals for strategically important customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of applicable experience • 2+ years of directly applicable solutions architect experience • Strong solution development skills • Excellent project management experience. • Ability to understand true customer needs • Good communications skills • Distinctive problem solving leader • Demonstrated team leadership capabilities • Bachelor's degree in related field (preferably in Business or Engineering), or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA is preferred.
