📋 Description

• Collaborate with the program management office to ensure accurate and timely production of monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports • Complete complex ad-hoc reports to support client requests • Learn and apply Vendor Management Systems (VMS), including Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, and Coupa, for report preparation and data utilization • Analyze data from multiple sources to deliver insights, recommendations, and conclusions supporting client business decisions • Maintain and update team tools and documentation for consistency and accuracy • Monitor industry trends and customer benchmarks to provide quarterly analysis within assigned verticals • Design and enhance client-facing Power BI dashboards using API integrations • Manage and update client-facing Microsoft Power Pages • Design and implement automation for client production reports and related workflows • Create rate cards for new clients • Run market rate analysis requests

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or Mathematics • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or market research roles • Proven hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL for data visualization and querying • Familiarity with data warehouse technologies, data modeling concepts, and working with diverse data sources and APIs • Power BI expertise • SQL and/or Python proficiency • Data visualization capabilities • Analytical and critical thinking • Attention to detail and accuracy • Advanced Excel skills • Organizational and problem-solving skills • Time management • Data gathering from various sources • Team collaboration • Verbal, written, and presentation skills • Preferred: at least 2 years of experience working with relational and multidimensional database schemas, including writing complex queries
