📋 Description

• Manage technical care responsibilities for Nokia Container Services environments • Configure and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure across Telco, distributed, and edge clouds • Support OpenStack and Kubernetes-based platforms, including CBIS, NCS, OCP, and NRHO • Provide customer-facing technical support, including 24/7 emergency on-call support • Manage escalations across cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to resolve issues • Communicate complex technical concepts through written materials, presentations, and meetings • Work with monitoring, DevOps, cybersecurity, automation, cloud MoO processes, and Salesforce ticketing systems

🎯 Requirements

• Mandatory skill: NCS (Nokia Container Services) • Deep understanding of mobile telecommunications core network technologies, including LTE, VoLTE, VoWiFi, 5G, Telco/Public Cloud (CNF and VNF), and IP connectivity • Proficiency in TCP/IP, routing/switching, network security, network management, DNS, RADIUS, LDAP, MAP, Diameter policy control and charging • Cloud configuration and troubleshooting on OpenStack and Kubernetes-based platforms, including CBIS, NCS, OCP, and NRHO • Working experience with the NCS platform is required • Experience with L2/L3 switches, routers, and firewalls • Experience with Airframe, HPE, Dell, and EMC servers and storage • Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and Thanos monitoring solutions • Experience with DevOps tools, cybersecurity, Ansible, GitOps, NCD Cloud MoO processes, and Salesforce ticketing • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas in writing, presentations, and face-to-face meetings • Customer-facing experience, including 24/7 emergency on-call support • Experience managing escalations across cross-functional teams and coordinating resources • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies • Understanding of business concepts and development processes
