📋 Description

• Provide technical management and customer-facing support as a Care Technical Manager (CaTM) • Configure and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure across Telco, distributed, and edge cloud environments • Support Nokia Container Services and Kubernetes/OpenStack-based platforms • Manage technical escalations across cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to resolve issues • Participate in 24/7 emergency on-call support • Communicate complex technical concepts through written materials, presentations, and face-to-face meetings • Work with networking, servers, storage, monitoring, DevOps, cybersecurity, automation, and ticketing systems

🎯 Requirements

• Mandatory skill: NCS - Nokia Container Services • Deep understanding of core network technologies for mobile telecommunications, including LTE/VoLTE/VoWiFi/5G, Telco/Public Cloud (CNF and VNF), and IP Connectivity • Proficiency in TCP/IP, Routing/Switching, Network Security, Network Management, DNS, Radius, LDAP, MAP, Diameter Policy Control and Charging • Cloud configuration and troubleshooting on OpenStack and Kubernetes-based platforms, including CBIS, NCS, OCP, and NRHO • Working experience in the NCS platform is required • Experience with L2/L3 switches, routers, and firewalls • Experience with Airframe, HPE, Dell, and EMC servers and storage • Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and Thanos monitoring solutions • Experience with DevOps tools, cybersecurity, and automation using Ansible and GitOps • Experience with NCD Cloud MoO processes and Salesforce ticketing system • Proficient in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas in writing, presentations, and face-to-face meetings • Customer-facing experience, including 24/7 emergency on-call support • Experience managing escalations across cross-functional teams and coordinating resources • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies • Understanding of business concepts and development processes
