📋 Description

• Provide administrative and practical support to patients participating in the third-party program • Prepare patients for treatment by providing information regarding each clinical aspect of the treatment cycle, as determined by the physician • Serve as the primary contact for intended parents, ovum donors, and gestational carriers from initial consultation through treatment start • Provide information on IVF, donor cycles, gestational carriers, and other third-party reproductive options • Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and clinic protocols • Review patient records, coordinate necessary tests, and track pre-cycle requirements • Assist with consents, documentation, and communication with external agencies • Support outside physicians using the clinic’s services • Collaborate with physicians, the care team, clinical department, other departments, and employees • Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and marketing efforts • Cross-train and provide coverage as needed • Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum of two years of work experience in healthcare preferred • Minimum of one year of work experience as a Third Party Coordinator strongly preferred • Prior experience in IVF preferred
