📋 Description

• Lead client engagements from discovery through deployment • Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions • Translate business challenges into practical Microsoft-based solutions • Lead client meetings and executive discussions • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels • Drive decisions, maintain momentum, and remove project roadblocks • Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations proactively • Design and implement solutions using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, AI-enabled solutions, and other Microsoft 365 technologies • Apply business process improvement techniques to streamline operations • Recommend creative approaches that improve outcomes, efficiency, and adoption • Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and AI • Manage priorities, timelines, deliverables, and project risks • Ensure projects remain aligned with client objectives • Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership • Deliver high-quality work products with minimal oversight • Coordinate junior consultants and delivery resources • Assign tasks and responsibilities across project teams • Review deliverables and provide guidance • Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Mentor junior consultants and lead delivery teams

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, South Carolina, Tennessee, or Texas • Mid-level to senior experience level • Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, AI-assisted development tools, or Microsoft cloud technologies • Ability to lead client engagements independently • Ability to facilitate discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions • Ability to translate business challenges into practical Microsoft-based solutions • Ability to lead client meetings and executive discussions • Ability to manage priorities, timelines, deliverables, and project risks • Ability to coordinate junior consultants and delivery resources • Ability to review deliverables and provide guidance • Curiosity and problem-solving ability • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and create structure • Ownership of outcomes and ability to drive projects without constant oversight • Clear and confident communication with technical and business audiences • Adaptability and willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies • Ability to lead a 500+ hour Microsoft or AI-focused project from discovery through deployment
