📋 Description

• Own technical delivery across assigned accounts • Design end-to-end customer data stacks spanning CDP, analytics, marketing automation, CRM, warehouse, pipelines, tag management, and testing • Lead taxonomy design and define events, properties, and naming before implementation • Solve identity resolution across web, app, offline, and CRM • Write ecosystem documentation showing data flows and failure points • Build hands-on in the CDP, warehouse, Google Tag Manager, and codebase • Write and review tracking, server-side integrations, and reverse ETL pipelines • Run QA to the two-person standard, checking properties in both CDP and destination with a recorded walkthrough • Turn client requirements into scoped, sequenced tasks for engineers and contract developers • Review implementation work before client delivery and unblock technical contributors • Run two-week sprints, maintain a groomed backlog, and manage roadmaps with at least three months of planned work • Monitor budget pacing and document, estimate, and obtain written approval for scope changes before work begins • Write technical specifications and level-of-effort estimates for new business • Join pre-sales calls for technical questions and assess prospect readiness • Lead technical discovery, scope new work, and set technical standards across the portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Fully fluent in English; English is the company's working language • 6+ years designing and integrating marketing and customer data technology • At least 3 years in an agency, consultancy, or professional services environment with multiple clients • Working knowledge of Segment, Hightouch, or RudderStack • Proficient in JavaScript and SQL • Comfortable in a shared repository • Designed at least three full stacks, not just operated tools selected by someone else • GDPR and consent handled as part of the build • Systems depth in at least three listed technology groups, with working familiarity with the rest • Preferred: professional working proficiency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian in addition to English • Preferred: server-side tracking under EU consent rules • Preferred: experience working across European and North American clients
