📋 Description

• Lead discovery workshops to understand demand drivers, arrival patterns, labor standards, staffing strategies, and scheduling pain points • Drive fit-gap analysis across vendor/product options and current-state tools • Design forecasting workflows and operating models for demand and staffing plans • Define scheduling design patterns, rules, templates, windows, trial schedule sets, and optimization constraints • Establish solution guardrails for accuracy, auditability, transparency, validation, exceptions, anomalies, and what-if analysis • Partner with engineering and technology leads to convert functional designs into configuration and build plans • Configure and customize vendor applications to meet business needs • Drive lifecycle execution for enhancements, defects, and releases • Define reporting and analytics needs across forecasting accuracy, staffing, schedule adherence, coverage, and operational outcomes • Serve as functional point leader across HR, operations, and technology teams • Support training strategy and enablement materials for planners, schedulers, and managers • Promote WFM industry best practices and product innovation • Ensure timely delivery of enhancements, project requests, and defects • Maintain product health and provide strategic direction to product and shared services teams • Mentor and develop team members

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep expertise in forecasting, staffing, and scheduling • 7+ years’ experience working with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts • 6+ years’ experience configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions • 5+ years' experience with large enterprise WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion, or similar tools • 3+ years’ partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver business outcomes • 3+ years working in Agile environments with experience in change management and vendor negotiation • 3+ years demonstrating communication and stakeholder leadership skills • 2+ years’ experience demonstrating analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills • 2+ years demonstrating a growth mindset while developing self and others • Experience integrating WFM platforms with HR systems such as Workday and downstream consumers of schedule and time data • Experience with AI in WFM, automation, and digital employee experience platforms • Reporting and analytics exposure, including dashboards and operational reporting • Experience working in large, matrix organizations • Familiarity with Agile delivery, Jira/user stories, project governance, and release/change management • Experience leading WFM strategy and execution during mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience
