📋 Description

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle insurance claims • Determine policy coverage for claimed losses and appropriate compensation amounts • Work closely with veterinary hospitals and policyholders to evaluate and review pets’ medical histories • Investigate and process assigned insurance claims • Verify coverage and compensation amounts according to insurance policies • Update Explanation of Benefits (EOB), pay, and close claims • Order medical records from providers as needed • Communicate with clients and providers during treatment as needed • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities • Report to the Supervisor, Claims

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year relevant experience working in a veterinary clinic • Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience; one-year relevant experience is equivalent to one year of college • Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) or Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) • Must have and maintain an Adjuster license or obtain one within 90 days of hire • Only United States residents will be considered for this role
