📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for organizations throughout the Data Request and Attestation (DRA) process and ongoing program administration • Prepare draft responses to questions using existing resources and collaborating with project leadership • Facilitate meetings and technical assistance conference calls between the project team and stakeholders, including developing agendas, hosting, and leading discussions • Validate entity documentation as part of submissions • Review applications and generate and send validation findings emails to agencies • Provide the client with updates during scheduled meetings • Update relevant documents and systems • Provide technical support for Government contracts • Support CMS data sharing intended to improve care for dually eligible individuals

🎯 Requirements

• State/Territory Medicaid Agency Policy Experience • Bachelor’s degree • 4 or more years of post-collegiate work experience • Experience defining requirements • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability and confidence to learn new skills and acquire content knowledge quickly and independently • Preferred but not required: Bachelor’s degree in a health or public policy related field • Preferred but not required: Experience working in Medicare/Medicaid Care Coordination • Preferred but not required: Experience as a Salesforce CRM or other CRM user • Preferred but not required: Project coordination and general administrative support • Preferred but not required: Basic qualitative research, including gray literature/environmental scanning and abstracting • Preferred but not required: Advanced knowledge of health care policy and regulatory analysis experience • Preferred but not required: Experience working with medical claims data
