📋 Description

• Provide remote psychotherapy services to Washington patients with mental health and/or co-occurring substance use disorders • Serve individuals referred from an opioid treatment program • Assess and diagnose patients using DSM-5-TR and/or ASAM criteria • Prepare individualized treatment plans with patients, providers, and chosen supports • Provide diagnostic, treatment, referral, and crisis intervention services • Conduct individual psychotherapy for adults • Coordinate services and consult with professional colleagues, including referrals for psychiatric evaluation or medication • Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences with the clinic partner • Conduct risk assessments and referrals • Maintain patient records in the Electronic Medical Record • Participate in relevant committee, departmental, and team meetings • Provide clinical supervision to unlicensed therapists, interns, or other mental health professionals as required • Make clinical decisions regarding diagnosis, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, crisis management, and referrals • Collaborate with the Clinical Director of Behavioral Health and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree from an accredited university or institution of higher learning in counseling, clinical social work or psychology focused on clinical practice • Current, valid, and unrestricted Washington State license: LPC, LMFT, or LCSW • 3 years of experience in psychotherapy, including at least 1 year delivering telehealth services • Proficiency using telehealth platforms and electronic medical records • Ability to assess and diagnose using DSM-5-TR and/or ASAM criteria • Ability to conduct risk assessments, crisis management, and emergency interventions • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet documentation deadlines • Commitment to continuous professional development
