• Promote Vyjuvek for patients with dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa (DEB) • Successfully launch the company’s first commercialized product within the assigned territory • Represent the voice of the customer with internal Krystal teams • Promote Vyjuvek to pediatric dermatologists and other key stakeholders • Drive patient identification through appropriate HCP-driven strategies • Develop markets, increase brand awareness, and execute territory strategies and account plans • Educate healthcare professionals on Vyjuvek’s indication, usage, specifications, safety, and efficacy • Prioritize and manage time, activities, and resources to optimize HCP access • Build consultative sales relationships and communicate with customers and prospects • Collaborate with patient services, field reimbursement, and other commercial departments to ensure site-of-care access and medication logistics • Use and organize data to prioritize opportunities • Develop and implement a strategic territory business plan • Manage company resources, including the in-office education budget and marketing and patient materials • Execute speaker programs, local sponsorships, displays, and exhibits across academic, physician-office, infusion-center, and alternate-site accounts • Maintain territory administration, business plans, CRM activity records, expense reports, and territory-performance reviews • Attend company meetings and conferences as assigned • Report directly to the Senior Area Director • Perform other duties as assigned
• BS/BA degree required • Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required • Minimum 3 years of rare disease sales experience required • Dermatology experience desired • Product launch experience required • Start-up experience desired • Experience operating in complex reimbursement environments • Thorough understanding of site of care identification, development and education • Understanding and experience working with patient services required • Track record of sustained strong sales achievement, achieving and exceeding sales and qualitative targets • Experience driving, leading and delivering territory-level cross-functional business planning • Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills • Strong interpersonal skills, virtually and in-person • Ability to network and develop professional relationships with institutions, academic medical centers and Key Opinion Leaders • Must reside within the assigned territory • Valid driver's license • Overnight travel varies depending on territory size • Adherence to corporate and industry guidelines, policies, and compliance requirements
