📋 Description

• Call on practicing physicians, hospitals, clinics and other health-related organizations within the Charlottesville, Virginia territory • Provide healthcare professionals with current information about Indivior products and approved indications • Achieve territory sales, market share, doctor-call and program-planning goals • Monitor and analyze territory results and maintain an up-to-date business plan • Ensure required documentation and reports are timely and accurate • Demonstrate clinical understanding of Indivior products and related disease states • Communicate product information clearly, concisely and accurately • Plan and organize daily sales-call activities to maximize sales objectives • Create and maintain positive customer impressions • Maintain communication with the Area Sales Manager and sales leadership team • Conduct field work with the Area Sales Manager and other Indivior personnel • Maintain company-provided equipment • Attend overnight sales training meetings • Represent Indivior at applicable national and local conferences • Perform special projects and assignments as directed by Sales Leadership

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA degree required • 2+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience with a proven track record of success • Injectable experience preferred • Experience with selling complex specialty pharmacy/buy and bill products preferred • Previous experience selling a drug device or technology that required a change in physician protocol preferred • Maintain valid driver’s license • Strong customer focus demonstrated teamwork/collaboration • Computer proficient • Ability to gain access to key prescribers and decision makers • Selling/persuasive/presentation skills • Focused listening skills • High degree of integrity and ability to maintain compliance in all daily engagements
