• Help implement and run distributed mobilization programs engaging grassroots members and leaders in planned and rapid-response work • Track program outcomes and produce debriefs identifying what worked and what should change • Monitor mobilization trends and campaign developments to inform program design • Track program spending by submitting receipts and spend requests on time • Build and maintain host-facing toolkits, training decks, and support documents • Onboard new hosts and guide them in running events • Staff host support calls and coalition calls, answer questions, and route issues • Support mobilization work within coalitions • Help rapidly deploy grassroots mobilization capacities in response to developing events • Maintain day-to-day relationships with partners and grassroots leaders • Report to the Associate Director of Mobilization and collaborate with the broader Mobilization team and coalition partners
• 1–3 years of experience in organizing, training, mobilization, or campaign work, including electoral, advocacy, or large-scale volunteer programs • Familiarity with grassroots organizing models and distributed organizing • Strong written communication • Comfortable producing host-facing toolkits, training materials, and program debriefs • Able to stay organized and calm across multiple concurrent programs, especially during rapid-response periods • Comfortable facilitating or supporting calls with hosts and partners • Experience supporting coalition or multi-organization campaigns (desired) • Existing relationships in the progressive mobilization and organizing ecosystem (desired) • Prior experience in a distributed/remote organizing environment (desired)
